Restroom Expectations

Be Safe

  • Keep water in the sink
  • Keep your feet on the floor

 

Be Kind

  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Flush when finished
  • Use Level 2 voices

 

Be Responsible

  • Wash hands
  • Use restroom appropriately
  • Keep garbage in the trashcans 

Parking Lot Expectations

Be Safe

  • Use crosswalks & sidewalks
  • Wait for your adult
  • Hold your equipment

Be Kind

  • Respect the space of your peers and others
  • Maintain appropriate language

Be Responsible

  • Take personal items home with you
  • Know your destination and go there promptly

Cafeteria Expectations

Be Safe

  • Walk in the cafeteria
  • Sit appropriately
  • Stay seated and keep your area clean
  • Only eat your food

 

Be Kind

  • Use nice language
  • Let anybody sit next to you
  • Be inclusive

 

Be Responsible

  • Raise your hand before leaving your seat
  • Throw away all trash before leaving
  • Eat first, talk second

Hallway Expectations

Be Safe

  • Walk in a line
  • Face Forward
  • Hands feet and equipment to yourself

 

Be Kind

  • Level 1 voices (Quiet/Silent)
  • Respect the learning environment
  • Arrive in a timely manner

 

Be Responsible

  • Carry a hall pass
  • Line up quickly
  • Know where you are going

 

Office Expectations

Be Safe

  • Sit down while waiting
  • Wait to be excused back to class

 

Be Kind

  • Use Level 2 voices

 

Be Responsible

  • Wait patiently to state your business
  • Have a note or pass ready
  • State your business quickly and politely

Classroom Expectations

Be Safe

  • Walk
  • Sit in chair with all 4 legs on the ground
  • Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself

Be Kind

  • Use positive and supportive words
  • Problem solve
  • Turn cell phones into your teacher for the day (Cell phones are returned at the end of the day)

 

Be Responsible

  • Stay engaged and participate
  • Come prepared to learn and be on time
  • Follow the dress code (See student handbook)

Library Expectations

Be Safe

  • Walk in the Library
  • Push chairs in when you are done

 

Be Kind

  • Use Level 1 or Level 2 voices
  • Use care with books
  • Listen to the librarian

 

Be Responsible

  • Return books on time
  • Use shelf markers appropriately

Assembly Expectations

Be Safe

  • Quickly walk to your assigned seat and stay seated
  • Stay with your class
  • Carry chair in front of you at waist level
  •  

Be Kind

  • Level 1 voices when presenter is speaking
  • Stay seated so those behind you can see

 

Be Responsible

  • Look to your teacher for instructions for exiting
  • Stay engaged and participate
